Farouk Systems Appoints Jason L. Rumsey, J.D. as General Counsel

Farouk Systems announces the appointment of Jason L. Rumsey, J.D. as General Counsel. He will be responsible for the management of legal, compliance, safety and human resources, providing protection for all Farouk Systems’ brands.

Farouk Systems Appoints Jason L. Rumsey, J.D. as General CounselRumsey joins the team with 12 years of experience in corporate and litigation practice. He most recently served as a partner at DaCorsi, Placencio & Rumsey, P.C. Rumsey has a J.D. from Chapman University School of Law.

“To keep up with our growth, we recognized the need to have the right team in place to protect Farouk Systems’ intellectual properties, trademarks and inventions. Jason has the experience to do that so we can continue innovations and growth,” said Basim Shami, Chief Executive Officer.
