The International SPA Association (ISPA) is announcing keynote speaker line-ups and details for its 23rd annual ISPA Conference & Expo to be held October 21-23 at Mandalay Bay Resort and Hotel in Las Vegas.

The ISPA Conference & Expo will kick off with Blake Mycoskie as the Monday, Oct. 21 keynote speaker. Mycoskie is the founder TOMS, a marketer of shoes and eyewear. Mycoskie developed the One for One program at TOMS, which has given more than two million pairs of new shoes to needy children since its inception in 2006. The program donates one pair of shoes for each pair purchased. TOMS also partners to bring eye care and glasses to more than 100,000 people in developing countries. Mycoskie will share ideas and tips on integrating philanthropy and business success with ISPA attendees.

Bill Rancic, winner of the first season of NBC’s The Apprentice, will conclude the ISPA Conference & Expo with his Wednesday, Oct.23 keynote address. Rancic authored You’re Hired: How to succeed in Business and Life Beyond the Lemonade Stand and also co-authored a book with his wife Giuliana Rancic with whom he stars in the reality series, “Guiliana and Bill for the Style Network.  Rancic will share his entrepreneurial spirit with ISPA attendees encouraging them to find innovative ideas to grow their spa business.

The association will announce additional speakers as they become available.

The theme of the 2013 ISPA Conference & Expo will be growth and will be reflected in the tagline “limitless Possibilities.” The event will include an agenda of educational offerings supporting that theme.

“ISPA has almost reached its 30-year anniversary. The industry has had a lot of nurturing and inspiration. Now is the time to take those lessons and implement them,” said Lynne McNees, president of ISPA. “Just as a seed has been planted, it must do one thing before it can blossom: grow.”

Registration for the ISPA Conference & Expo opens April 9. Attendees can register by visiting ispa2013.com.
