Erick and Anita Carter are salon owners who are both life and professional partners. They have worked together in their Naples, Florida salon for 18 years and recently collaborated on the Being Elegant collection for Rusk International.

“In our Being Elegant Collection, we were inspired by timeless looks from the1960s and 70s. Our goal was to show work that could be done in a salon and offer looks that are sexy and alluring and display natural beauty,” says Anita.

Erick has been an educator and designer for Rusk for the past eight years and shares his passion for the industry with his clients and with the hairdressers that he teaches.
