Teachers deserve more than the occassional apple. In honor of Teacher Appreciation Day, Byuti Salon and Pureology announced ten Los Angeles area teachers all nominated by local students, parents and fellow teachers to win an evening of salon pampering services at Byuti Salon.

The ten selected teachers were awarded complete makeup, hair cut and color services. One deserving area educator, Roxanne Stewart from Paul Revere Charter Middle School, was selected to win one year of free salon services from Byuti Salon.

To qualify for the GIVE GOODNESS AWARD, teachers were nominated via Byuti’s Facebook page by students, parents and fellow teachers answering the question: how does your teacher give goodness to your class, students or community.

The Night of Byuti took place May 7, Teacher Appreciation Day, to honor nominated teachers with cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and five star pampering services.
