Kao USA, Inc., a subsidiary of Kao Corporation, has acquired the direct sales division of Essential Salon Products, Inc., which sells Goldwell and KMS California products in the New England territory.

This acquisition will allow Kao to further expand its presence in the New England area through existing business infrastructure and a strong foundation for future growth. This improved efficiency in distribution networks will mean better to service to both existing and future customers.
