Maggie Mulhern | June 12, 2013 | 7:41 AM

Although THE VOICE wrapped up this week, the hairstylist behind the scenes, Matthew Holman, is willing to dish. Well..."dish" may be a bit strong, (Holman is such a gentleman) but he is willing to give advice on how to break into the business in the first place. "There is so much luck involved," he says. "In addition to talent, you must be a nice person which will lead to referrals. On top of everything..you must get yourself out there."

For THE VOICE, Holman says the "Goal is to bring out the best in each person," he says. "We work with the make up team and inspire each other." In this short video Holman shares some insight.
