Wella’s Creative Director for Color Charm Paul Vega and Wella Design Team Members Vikki Monaco of Robert Jeffrey salon in Chicago (robertjeffrey.com) and Jennifer Gonzalez of Adam Broderick salon in Ridgefield, Connecticut (adambroderick.com) collaborated to create three special-occasion looks this month.
