"Height and volume are back, so hairspray sales are booming," says Charles Booth, founder of LaCoupe hair care products.
 
Booth turned to long-time colleague Jason Kearns to express this trend in hair. The creative collaboration resulted in the creation of the "Urban Gypsy" collection.

"It's all about control," says Kearns. "I wanted to show that hairspray is not a product of generations past but rather a powerful tool."

Kearns took advantage of LaCoupe's Fix Plus spray to supply hold and control, as well as versatility and structure. He sees the collection as an homage to one of the most important products ever invented for hair.

"The images within the Urban Gypsy collection capture the wide ranging styles and moods that hairspray can enhance, the hair remains free to move but is never out of control."
