Sebastian lead stylist Thomas Dunkin styled the voluminous manes of the wild women who graced the runways of the Betsey Johnson and William Rast Fall 2010 shows at New York Fashion Week. Betsey Johnson is always wacky and wonderful and one of her inspirations this season was the cowgirl in the 1971 French film La Petroleras.
