Ultimate Beauty Supports NAHA

Ultimate Beauty Companies is an official sponsor of the 2010 North American Hairstyling Awards.  UBC is a distribution company that is comprised of Nancy’s Beauty Warehouse, Exclusive Salon Distributors, Bella Salon and Spa Distributors and ViaBeaute.

As part of its support of NAHA, the company is hosting the “Ultimate Session Stylist Giveaway,” which will be held on site at the NAHA gala July 18 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

The contest winnings include a cash prize of $1,000 to use toward a future NAHA submission, a professional tool kit, and two back of house passes to a designer show during New York Fashion Week.

An added bonus for all concerned—UBC is also sponsoring the official NAHA after party at Eye Candy Sound Lounge & Bar at Mandalay Bay. The company also lined up an on-stage NAHA presentation from fashion designer Juan Carlos Obando who is also creative director for Number 4 products, which are distributed by UBC.

Cynthia Heisser, senior vice president of UBC, explains the goals of the giveaway. “UBC wants to nurture the incredibly talented stylists in our industry. Many of them need a little help and encouragement, so we created a contest to provide them with the tools that they need—cash, inspiration at New York Fashion Week and products to help them create.”
