Marta, me and Angela--the Modern crew @ Phyto!
Spectacular, spectacular! It's really the only way to describe the beautiful evening we spent at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando for Phyto's French Garden Party.
We arrive to the hotel, and it's literally like walking on set of a Sex and the City film--we're talking fabulouso! Beautiful people, beautiful clothing, beautiful food and beautiful drinks. It really was like being in France! Look at the cute little finger foods they served!
There was rose petals covering every surface--flooring, stage area and table tops--so gorgeous! We began the evening with a presentation of Phyto's history. Such a cool story! And, I finally got to meet the fabulous Jenna Muller, Director of Communications for Phyto. It was so great to put a face to the name. She put on a great show! It was a beautiful setting for some beautiful looks, created by Tiffany and Atixhe of Zazu Salon and Spa in Chicago.
The looks debuted at the party were La Bele Fleur, an enchanting blend of deep red and copper, styled to create a look that's whimsical and fresh. Le Mystere, a rich, beautiful brunette accented with soft, golden highlights. Cascading waves and greenery top off the look.
Versailles, created section by section and pinned up piece by piece, the look reflects a 1700s classic French updo Earthy, ash-blonde roots melt into golden blonde highlights.
La Soiree, a chocolate base with charming, buttery highlights. The hair was lifted from the base, curled and sprayed for a classy, exquisite finish. The final two looks were La Rose and Le Reve. La Rose is a golden blonde inspired by le soleil, then softly curled and pinned back into a classic, loose ponytail. Le Reve is a warm, dreamy brunette with soft, natural highlights. A soigne with soft texture.

Wish I could have snapped more shots for you, but the flash was super bright and I didn't want to be a bother!! Anyway, this show is looking GREAT so far! Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
