1. The Perfection SmoothOut service begins with a client consultation. During the consultation you will want to establish the texture and condition of the hair.

2. The hair is shampooed two times using Perfection Smoothing Sulfate-Free Shampoo. This cleanses the hair in preparation for the Perfection SmoothOut service.
