MODERN Makeover challenged Anthony Lombardi, owner of Anthony Robert Salon of Verona, New Jersey, and make-up artist Olivia Blois Sharpe to create a “Jersey Club Look” on the Style Network’s newest Jerseylicious cast member, Jacquelina Bianchi. For this look, Lombardi demonstrated a foil high/lowlighting with a gentle root bump. “In this case I did a partial highlight toward the front and in the crown, with a few scattered lowlights throughout. The root was lifted slightly for a little depth along the parting.” Photo by Roberto Ligresti
