Christopher and Sonya Dove, the very talented and creative owners of the Doves Studio in Santa Monica, California, are always coming up with ways to keep their team inspired. Their most recent "Barbie Competition" is a perfect example. About a month before the holidays, Christopher and Sonya handed out Barbies to the staff, challenging them to "do something special." The Doves Studio stylists took the challenge to heart and created the amazing Barbies seen here in this video. While Christoper didn't want to tell me who "won", I found out through the grapevine that it was the team entry with the Grinch Barbie and the sleigh. I'm just glad I wasn't on the judging committee because that would have been a difficult choice. They are all so GREAT!
