Ivan Zoot Demos at America's Beauty Show

Alex Rivera | March 4, 2012 | 6:33 AM

America's Beauty Show is all about education, and Ivan Zoot of Andis kicked off the first day with an inspring demonstration of techniques using clippers and trimmers. Ivan, who is the Director of Education and Customer Engagement, took Modern's stage by storm when he showed the audience that clippers are not limited to just men’s hair sculpting.

He walked us through a variety of techniques from texturizing and removing bulk from a design to creating an entire diagonal forward hair cut using a curved sculpting comb. Using clear direction and audience involvement Ivan showed that these innovative yet simple techniques will prove extremely useful and fun!
