1. Using the bowl and brush technique, begin with a root shading. In the ½-inch closest to the scalp, apply INOA 8.1 (medium ash blonde) and 10-volume developer

2. Place along the front hairline as the last application to prevent over absorption. Process for 10 minutes at room temperature. Shampoo, condition, rinse and dry.

3. To baliage, first paint the desired shade onto the palette. In this case, Platinium with 30-volume developer.

4. Pull out fine sections and place on the pre-deposited color. Take brush and saturate to the ends or mids, depending on previous color. Do not overlap. Sections are separated by cotton.

5. Feather the color to the root. Begin at the perimeter. Hold sections out and feather with the end of the color brush.

6. Actively baliage the strands or sections that are most yellow. The selection is quite deliberate.

7. Cover hair with plastic wrap and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
