1. Sanitize hands and ask client to lie face down.
2. Dry brush client's body, then with warm washcloth, gently wet the body.
3. Exfoliate using Plantogen Raw Sugar and Rice Bran Body Scrub, starting from the feet and moving toward the heart.
4. Gently rinse off scrub with warm washcloth and towel dry.
5. Apply Plantogen Body Moisturiser with Shea Butter and Manuka Honey and massage all over the body.
6. Wrap the client in plastic or Mylar sheet and warming blanket for 15 minutes.
7. Administer a hand massage with Plantogen Hand and Nail Therapy while the client enjoys "Honey and Butter" wrap.
8. Remove the blanket and the wrap and gently massage the body area in long gentle strokes. Plantogen Body Moisturiser can be left on the body, but if the client prefers, she may take a warm shower.
