Justin Dillaha (@dillahajhair), an independent stylist in Fort Myers, FL for the last 9 years,  loves doing short hair and push the envelope in styling. "I think barbering plays a huge role in modern day trends and I love using clipper work in my short women's haircuts while still keeping the style feminine." When client Chelsea requested something trendy and lavendar, but NOT permanent,  Dillaha knew what to do. Here he shares:

Step 1: Blend Redken's powder bleach UpTo7, with 30 volume developer.
Step 2: Apply in 1/4 inch sections, from root to end throughout.
Step 3: Process,  lifting to palest yellow/white.
Step 4: At the bowl apply 09V, blended with processing solution, all over the hair for about 30 seconds, "just to kick any remaining yellow". Shampoo and dry the hair.
Step 5: Apply Redken Shades EQ: formula 07V, 08V, and 09T equal parts from root to midshaft. Process for 20 minutes,
Step 6: Then apply Shades 09v on the ends for the last 5 minutes. Rinse, shampoo and condition.
