MODERN found this beautiful finish on the instagram page of Chris Weber (@chrisweberhair). The artist, based at Barbarella Hairsalon in Vancouver, BC, shares the HOW TO create this color:
Step 1: Apply Wella Blondor, blended with 20 volume developer, from roots to ends in 1/2 inch sections.
Step 2: Process for 40 minutes, lifting to level 10.
Step 3: Shampoo and condition the hair. Dry the hair.
Step 4: Apply Koleston Perfect 6/74 & 6/45 3:1 for the roots, fading to the color fade.
Step 5: Process for 30 minutes.
Step 6: Shampoo and condition the hair.
Step 7: Tone the ends with special mix 0/65 & pastel 1:8. Process for 15 - 20 minutes and then rinse from the hair.
