The 2015 Kenra Color Jewel Collection focuses on elegance, strength and beauty - inspired by the brilliance and characteristics found in jewels.

The collection will showcase illumination of light and color focus using six customizable techniques. Here, Kenra Color offers you the formulas and steps to achieve the Diamond application, inspired by the eternal beauty of April's birthstone.

FORMULA:

A. Foundation: 3/4oz. 8SM + 1/4oz. 7SM + 1oz. 20V Developer

B. Anchor: 1oz. 8SM + 1oz. 30V Developer

C. Accent 1: Lightener + 10V Developer

D. Accent 2: 1oz. 7SM + 1/4oz. Blue Booster + 1 1/4oz. 10V Developer

Step 1: Section the hair into a heart shape on the crown of the head.

Step 2: Apply Formula A to the hair except for the heart shape that was sectioned in Step 1.

Step 3: Inside the heart sectioning, starting from the center of the heart, alternate Formula C and Formula D using a pivotal slice and skip slice application.

Step 4:  Apply Formula B between foils applied in Step 3

Step 5: Process for 30 minutes.

Jenn Malone (@jmalonehair) at Agence Salon, San Dimas, California, says her client "had 85% virgin hair. Her goal is to be a 'rooty' platinum blonde while still keeping the 'lived in' look.
