Step 1: Apply 7/06 and 10 volume to the root and mid shaft.
Step 2: Balayage with powder lightener and 10 volume developer to clean up the ends.
Step 3: Cover with plastic wrap and process for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Tone at the bowl with 9/22 & 9/00.
