Natural, Glowing Blonde

Anne Moratto | June 23, 2015 | 2:39 PM

Sheyanne (@the_vellocet_hair) woprking out of Claudio Lazo's C the Salon in Studio City, CA, shared a very pretty natural, glowing blonde on her Instagram page. She was happy with the results, too.

STEP ONE: "ObSESSED with the new Wella Freelights Lightener.  I balayaged highlights to blend her grown out blonde but I wanted to keep her rooty and natural and not looking like she had color."

STEP TWO: "I mixed with 20 volume for back and sides and moved up to 40 volume for the top.  No foil, no Saran Wrap, no cotton. Ecofriendly!"

STEP THREE: "Shades EQ Clear Gloss after (no toner needed) and Olaplex for the final step, of course."

MAKEOVER: Three Sessions Of Beauty

Maggie Mulhern | March 2, 2017

Jenn Malone (@jmalonehair) at Agence Salon, San Dimas, California, says her client "had 85% virgin hair. Her goal is to be a 'rooty' platinum blonde while still keeping the 'lived in' look. My main goal was to get her to her desired color, while still maintaining the integrity of her hair. Patience is the key in achieving this!" How to here.
