Polished Perfect by Twila True, a nail studio featuring luxury products and services, recently opened its first location at 801 Baker St., Costa Mesa, Calif. on Aug. 6. Offering expert nail art, uniformity of service and an emphasis on sanitation, “Polished Perfect by Twila True was inspired by my time overseas where I experienced pristine nail care,” Founder and CEO Twila True says. “I was determined to introduce upscale yet affordable nail studios to the United States. I feel proud to offer an everyday indulgence to the Orange County area, where guests will find the highest level of cleanliness in a chic setting. We are dedicated to raising the standard for quality and want to be known as the go-to nail studio in Orange County for luxury, relaxation and service.”

Two experienced nail industry professionals will be on staff as studio managers to provide top quality service and oversee Polished Perfect by Twila True’s unique business model. All nail artists and stylists are eligible for 401(k) plans and health insurance following an introductory period, and are given opportunities for career growth with the professional beauty service provider.

“We're developing a whole new vocabulary around the nail service experience, " says Vicki Ornella, nail stylist. "It is redefining the experience for the guest from the moment they touch the front door, literally. The doors are very heavy, very beautiful and they signal that this is the start of something special. We are focusing on continuity between every stylist so the same standards apply to every service, no matter who the guest asks for that day.  And we are super stringent about sterilization, going way beyond what State Board requires."
