Camille Gladney Schmoutz (@nebulacamille) of Pure Color Salon in Shreveport, LA tagged us on Instagram so we could share this incredible correction.

“We started with faded teal and over an inch of regrowth,” Schmoutz explains.

PROCESS:

  1. Davines Mask OOO and 40 volume to lift as much excess pigment, as possible.
  2. Rinsed then filled the towel-dried hair with Davines Finest Pigment Copper.
  3. "We were left with a punk rock pumpkin head of orange and lime but this was expected."
  4. Dried the hair and applied 20g 5 Natural Warm and 10g 5.4 Copper from Davines Mask Line to the roots and Schwarzkopf Igora 6.88 Intense Red to the green mid-strands and ends.
  5. "We needed something bright to cover that green but our intention is for her locks to fade into a nice copper auburn.  They will with the help of Watercolors Liquid Copper."
