“We wanted a sense of youth, which came through with the pigtails and is also a nod to Sailor Moon," said Anthony Turner for Bumble and Bumble of the style he created on models at Kenzo during its Paris Fashion Week presentation. "The rebellious touch was seen at the front of the hair where it was either messy, pinned up or a fringe with contrasting black or red extensions.”

Turner wanted to give models a "good girl gone bad" vibe.

To style, section a triangle in the bang/hairline and pin back. Create a string center part from the point of the triangle in the crown, down to the nape of the neck. Blowdry with Thickening Hairspray and brush hair into pigtails, securing at the back of the head on either side of the center part. Unpin triangle section and tease using Dryspun Finish for added texture. Pin hair into a messy quaff, allowing parts to collapse and fall out for a sense of DIY. For the fringe style, black or red extensions were added for contrast and finished with Dryspun Finish.
