FORMULA and STEPS

STEP ONE: Pre-lighten hair with Schwarzkopf Blondme Premium Lightener an inch from the base and lift to level 10. 

STEP TWO: Then drag the base down with Schwarzkopf Igora 4-29 blend with mid 8-29 and ends 9.5-18 and 9.5-1.

STEP THREE: All color are mixed with Schwarzkopf Blondme Premium Developer in 7 volume.
