Leysa Carrillo (@leysahairandmakeup) a hair and makeup artist based @atelierbysquare, Las Vegas, Nevada, says her client was a level 4 with 3" of regrowth with ends that were previously colored.

Here she shares HOW to create a lovely peacock finish:

Step 1: Pre-lighten with Schwarzkopf BlondMe Bleach with 20V for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Tone at the bowl with Redken Shades EQ 9V for 5 minutes. Blow Dry.

Step 3: Apply Joico Intensity Indigo Purple with a splash of Black Pearl at the root. From the root melt Atlantic Blue with a splash of Midnight Blue on midshaft. From the mid shaft apply Peacock Green with a splash of Yellow.

Step 4: Process for 20 minutes. Rinse with cold water.

Step 5:  Finish with ORIBE Curl Control and Curl Shaping.
