We spotted this metal makeover by Marco, a colorist in Santa Maria, CA (@mginnovation on Instagram) and believe it is a must-share. His client was a walk-in, with about three inch re-growth and one inch pre-lightend band of yellow/orange pigment hair throughout. He put those bands on the run.
COLOR CORRECTION Process and Formula
- At the root: 20 volume plus Blue Base lightener + Eufora Color Elixir
- Color balance using 20 volume Blue Base Lightener to clean out the canvas.
- Primed using Kenra VP Rapid Toner + 10 volume.
- To fill, used Kenra 7SM and volume 10 on dry hair
