How to Get on a Team for Fashion Week (and WHY You Should do it!)

It's all the buzz in NY this week: FASHION WEEK!

Whenever it happens (twice each year - September and February) salon pros contact MODERN asking how to get on a team. In most cases teams are established through brands and through top leads, but there are a few cases where YOU do have a shot at working backstage creating the perfect hair, make up or nails for a designer.

MODERN met with Christo of Curlisto - who is regularly working to build a team - to find out how to become a member of his crew.
