Victoria Wurdinger | September 27, 2016 | 1:51 PM
Hair: Marilyn Cole, Rocco and Peggy Wright | Makeup: Satya Lina | Photographer: Robert Lynden | Fashion styling: Lisa Peckham

With a touch of romantic influence, this Aloxxi technique creates a corset of color with the focal point on the top and sides. Minimal color placement creates maximum impact.

FORMULA & APPLICATION

Natural level 7

Formula 1: 30 g Aloxxi White Lightener with 60 g Aloxxi 20-volume developer

Formula 2: 20 g Chroma 8B with 30 g Aloxxi 20-volume developer

Formula 3: 20 g Tones 9B + 40 g Clear with 60 g 7-volume activator

1. Apply Aloxxi ColourPrime Pre-Colour Treatment and leave in hair. Create a rectangle on the top and secure. Then use Formula 1 in woven foils that move around the rectangle and exclude the front perimeter.

2. Starting in the back of the rectangle, place zigzag slices of Formula 1 as you work toward the front perimeter. In the last section at the front perimeter, place a weave of Formula 1.

3. Place three diagonal slices of Formula 1 on each side. Then apply Formula 2 to all the remaining hair. Process 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and apply ColourLock Post-Color Finisher.

4. Glaze the hair with Formula 3. Process 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and apply ColourLock Post-Color Finisher.
