Heggy Gonzalez (@heggyhair), a stylist, makeup artist, educator and fashion designer combined all her strengths to create this beautifully balanced and extremely flattering haircolor.  Gonzalez worked with all Aveda products.  And the technique she refers to--eclipting--is subtle shading and highlighting to bring out the best in each client's coloring, face shape, etc.  The technique was developed by Aveda Global Artistic Director Ian Michael Black.

  2. Hair was then shampooed and prepped for the Formula 3.

FORMULA 3- GLOSSING FORMULA: 20g Intense Base + 10g Pure Pigment Violet + 5g Pure Pigment Orange + 20g 10V Color Catalyst (if hair is more orange you can add 1g of Pastel Blue Pure Pigment).  The end result will vary depending on the level of lightness that is achieved.
