GET THE LOOK

STEP ONE: Prelighten with Elevate 7 Bleach to level 9

STEP TWO: 1N for base shadow + 5 vol. enzyme

STEP THREE: Sugar Silver for mid-ends + 5 vol. enzyme

STEP FOUR: Process 25

STEP FIVE: After the oxidative toner,  apply a semi-permanent pastel blue/violet mixed with conditioner at the bowl.

STEP SIX: Process 10

STEP SEVEN: Rinse and condition with Biominoil Treatment which has a pH of 2.7 and locks the cuticle completely
