Makeover: Grown Out Blonde To Hot Pink

Maggie Mulhern | October 5, 2016 | 6:46 PM
My model had a grown out level 5 shadow root and around a level 7 natural base with around a level 9 overly toned blonde mids and ends. I knocked out the band first with Schwarzkopf Blond Me and 6% (20 volume) for around 25 minutes. Apply the same mix to the roots for 10 minutes under a cap to insulate.

Rinse and tone the roots with 9,5-22 in Schwarzkopf for 10 minutes. Follow with a full Olaplex stand alone treatment for 20 minutes. Dry the hair in preparation for the fashion shades.

So with protection and hair health being the two key benefits of the additive, she was all in.
