Bank, a make-up artist with the professional make-up line Palladio, demos HOW TO create the perfect eyebrow, including shape and color. According to Bank, if your client has a thinner eyebrow, the goal should be to fill it out to give the illusion of hair.
STEP 1: Do any threading, waxing to client's eyebrows.
STEP 2: Choose a pencil color that's LIGHTER than your client's hair color.
STEP 3: Use an eyebrow brush, and brush the hair upwards.
STEP 4: Starting with the end of the eyebrow, measure the eyebrow shape. (See video for more info!)
