Desirre Lee (@desirre_lee), the owner of Lavish Hair Lounge in Albuquerque, NM, is a Certified Educator for BES Color. Her soft, pretty pastel work caught our eye and we asked her to share what she used to achieve this watercolor-like result. 


1. Prelightened with BES Cream Lightener & 30 Vol.

2. Alternating diagonal back slices of Pravana Blissful Blue & Too Cute Coral w/a touch of Wild Orchid. Processed for 35 Minutes.

3. Washed with BES Cool It Shampoo

To inspire and promote the Redken Artist community this summer, Redken challenged artists to compete in a three-tiered styling challenge for a chance to connect with the hottest influencers in the industry: a one-week, all-expenses-paid trip to Los Angeles for the Fifth Annual NYX Face Awards. This month, six winners were chosen and Pam Genio-Bates was one of those talented artists.
