Step 1: Tease the hair and then balayage ombre in foils using Wella Blondor with 50 volume developer and Olaplex. Lift to yellow/blonde, level 10-11.
Step 2: Tone with Redken Shades EQ 1/2 oz 9P, 1/2 oz 9B and 1/2 oz 9V with 1.1/2 oz Clear with Processing Solution. Process for 20 minutes.
