Gray Coverage and Rich Dimension

Philip Ring (@phildoeshair) in Peoria, AZ did a beautiful job covering his client's gray and giving her shiny, rich color with depth and contrast.

HOW TO:

"I wanted a dimensional color so I used tiny little highlights before toning. To cover gray with Demi-Permanent Wella Colortouch which uses a low volume developer and and no ammonia you need to do a Mallibu Crystal Gel Treatment first. Then I highlighted her and colored her roots with half 3/0, ahlf 4/0 and 13 volume. After that, I glazed with 6/73 and 6 volume."

MAKEOVER: Three Sessions Of Beauty

Maggie Mulhern | March 2, 2017

Jenn Malone (@jmalonehair) at Agence Salon, San Dimas, California, says her client "had 85% virgin hair. Her goal is to be a 'rooty' platinum blonde while still keeping the 'lived in' look. My main goal was to get her to her desired color, while still maintaining the integrity of her hair. Patience is the key in achieving this!" How to here.
