Katlin Starks (@hairbykatlin), a Master Stylist for Regis Salon in Albuquerque, NM, has nailed the pearly blonde formula. Here she offers the HOW TO for this finish which she proudly says was achieved "with NO damage!"

Formula A: (color removal formula) 4oz Matrix Light Master
4oz Matrix 20 volume developer
2oz Regis Designline Clarifying shampoo

Formula B: (root formula) 3oz Matrix SoColor 9P with 3oz Matrix 10 volume developer

Formula C: (mid to ends formula) 4oz Matrix SoColor 11P with 4oz Matrix 20 volume developer

Step 1: Clarify hair at the shampoo bowl, rinse and apply Formula A evenly to hair. Keep massaging and lifting hair away from scalp to avoid uneven lifting process.

Step 2: Once hair is lightened to desired level (9-11) rinse and wash. Be sure to completely dry hair and section into 4 sections. Continue with applying Formula B to roots. Brush down only 1 inch.

Step 3: Once root application is applied, follow by applying Formula C mid to ends, making sure hair is fully saturated.

Step 4: Process for 35 minutes at room temperature.

Step 5: Rinse and shampoo with Regis Designline Color Care Shampoo and Conditioner. NO TONER NEEDED!
