It was a beauty bonanza backstage at Joanna Mastroianni early today as the key artists prepped the models to present the fall/winter 2013 collection during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in NYC.

Jon Reyman, using Aveda, created a sleek waterfall, bandless ponytail to accent the elegant designs.

Kelly thompson (an admitted Modern FAN) used Kryolan for the make up. So pretty and sophisticated.

Joanie Black, for OPI, just did a simple and elegant shade. Dark nails are ruling fashion week.

Meet each artist in these short videos. Get the break down for hair, nails and make up.
