There is something very sexy to a runway look that is designed to focus on classic tailoring and paired with a messy, effortless-looking hair style. That's the story with Altuzarra's show this season at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.

The hair look at Altuzarra's Fall/Winter 2013 show was designed by Paul Hanlon for OSiS--created to showcase a lived-in texture and a wash-and-go vibe.

"This look is very inspired by the street--this girl is very real and doesn't want to look done," says Hanlon.

"She's a cool rock-n-roll girl--think Kate Moss or Patti Smith--but also incredibly chic, confident and sophisticated. For her, it's effortless. The hair itself is very languid and skinny with a little texture to it."

Products used to create the look include BC Hairtherapy Moisture Kick Leave-in Spray Conditioner, Oil Potion Finishing Treatment, OSiS Elastic Flexible Hold Hairspray, and OSiS Magic Anti-Frizz Shine Serum, among others.

Katie Hughes, Global Color Ambassador for Butter London, designed the nail look using Nail Foundation and PD Quick Top Coat to create a buffed nail look.
