FASHION WEEK Venexiana: The Most Couture Hair at NYFW

By Alison Shipley Alhamed | 09/08/2012 9:08:00 PM

The Venexiana show at New York's Mercedes Benz Fashion Week always draws large crowds--and for good reason! Kati Stern delivers a show that leaves the audience oooh-ing and ahh-ing over her ultra couture gowns worthy of ANY red carpet.

On top of a beautiful show with energetic mucis and entertained attendees, Venexiana works closely with Jeffrey Reitz for Tela Design Studio by Philip Pelusi to create Fashion Week's most couture hair. Beautiful updos were dubbed "Rockin' Royalty," says Philip Pelusi, "because it's royal, it's regal, it's elegant and it rocks the house."

Here's a 360-degree look at the beautiful hair:

In addition to the spectacular hair, Venexiana debuted 71 gowns--71!--in the September 8 show at Lincoln Center. That's about two-times the standard amount of clothing a designer shows. Each dress is so unique and the hair complemented each perfectly.
