Grammy Style: Our Favorite Looks of the Night!

By Kelly Cison | 02/16/2011 3:00:00 AM

Fortunately for viewers, Sunday’s 53rd Annual Grammy Awards show was heavy on rocking performances and light on boring awards speeches. We were knocked over by all the talent and their anything-but-ordinary awards show style. Who were your favorites—tell us in the comments below!

And if you want more coverage of red carpet style, don't forget to tune into the Oscars with Modern Salon on February 27. Our editors will be chatting live on Facebook about the hair, the makeup, and the best and worst looks of the night—you won't want to miss it!

We loved Katy Perry’s shiny waves, jewel-toned makeup and glittery gown.

Rihanna looked picture perfect with rosy makeup, bold red locks and a peekaboo dress.

Miranda Lambert’s swept-back hair and neutral makeup complemented her sexy one-shoulder gown.

Beyoncé and Gwyneth Paltrow made a lovely duo backstage with matching golden locks and glittery black ensembles that showed a lot of leg.

Lady Gaga amped up her trademark avant-garde with a high pony, playful makeup and lots of black leather.

Reminder: To see more photos of great style and help select the best, be sure to vote for your favorite nominee in the Great Lengths Stylists Before & After Imagery Contest! Voting is open now until February 28. View the nominees and get more details at www.GreatLengthsChallenge.com.
