put first things first. For salon owners and stylists, I believe that
means: Reward the customers you have every chance you can. As salon
professionals we know no matter how talented we are, if we don’t have
clients we don’t have income. They are the first and most important
element of our success.

Everyday I try to do one thing better and every year I try to stop
doing one thing that is not good for me or do something new that is
good for me. Basically, either stop something bad or do something good.
