Bieber Fever strikes again, and this time the teen pop sensation has cut his hair shorter while on the set of his new music video with Rascal Flatts. According to Bieber's Twitter page, "We are giving all the hair cut to CHAIRTY to auction. Details coming soon."

So what is Justin Bieber using to style his new crop? According to Teen Vogue, who interviewed his stylist:

"Justin's having so much fun experimenting with his new hair cut. Davines Primer is perfect for his fine hair texture; it gives us the right amount of hold and thickness followed up with a small amount of matte molding gesso at the ends for a messy, bed-head look." Davines.com.
