Jeffery Reitz National Creative Director for Volumetric by Philip Pelusi

Presented by Jeffrey Reitz, Volumetric® Creative Director with Philip Pelusi, The Volumetric® Organic Haircutting Class is a hands on haircutting intensive workshop that will enable students to customize each hair cut by following the clients’ natural hair fabric. They will learn how to precisely plan each scissor cut according to the direction that the hair is growing, whether down or out. And precision doesn’t always mean equal length – or equal sections. It really means knowing how and when to cut certain lengths into certain sections.

STUDENTS WILL LEARN

• How to create fullness, movement and height without over-layering

• How to free form layers into the hair based on the hair fabric

• Understanding natural growth patterns and textures

• Learn the art of measuring steps or degrees of elevation

• How to cut health and shine into the hair
