The Mascolo name is synonymous with hairdressing—and despite a sprawling family tree filled with creative masterminds, Zak Mascolo has charted his own path in this industry.

Mascolo, creative director of the Americas for Toni&Guy, heavily values the power of education as a cornerstone for creativity and can date his involvement with the craft back to his childhood, when he helped his father, Guy Mascolo, in his Toni&Guy salons.

Mascolo has clocked in more than 20 years in the industry as an integral part of the Toni&Guy team and a NAHA winner. His focus and vision continues to be a driving force behind the future of Toni&Guy.
