Orly’s Flash Glam FX Collection, offers clients multi-dimensional shimmer on their nails in 22 prismatic lacquers which contain chunky glitter shapes for added nail texture. Flash Glam FX is intended to be used as a layering lacquer. According to Orly, opt to wear the formula alone using 3-4 coats for full glitter coverage or layer glitters over another shade.
