EMMYS 2014: Julia Roberts' Undone WavesJulia Roberts was on-trend with soft waves at the 2014 Emmys. Pureology Artistic Ambassador Sandra Joseph shares how to recreate the look.

GET THE LOOK

STEP 1: On damp hair, apply two pumps of Pureology Strength Cure Fabulous Lengths from midshaft to ends to strengthen hair fibers and bring out softness.

STEP 2: To define highlights and enhance shine, apply 2-3 pumps of Pureology Gold Definer Contour Shine-Gel from roots to ends. Blowdry with a flat brush until 50 percent dry.

STEP 3: Take vertical sections and blowdry with a medium round brush away from the face. Wrap sections around four fingers and pin loosely.

STEP 4: Continue around the head and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

STEP 5: Brush hair to soften curls. Emulsify a small amount of Pureology Cuticle Polisher Shine Serum in hands and apply to hair for added shine and texture.

STEP 6: Finish with a mist of high-hold hairspray (try Pureology Supreme Control).
