Is it just us, or is Blake Lively almost too beautiful? The woman does not have a bad side!

As frustrated as we are with how drop-dead gorgeous she is (it's just not fair!), we know that the best solution here is to focus on how we can achieve that modernized, Joan Crawford-esque victory roll style she sported at the 2014 Met Ball. Solo Artists Stylist Rod Ortega shares how to get locks like Lively.

MET BALL 2014: Blake Lively Modern Victory Roll How-ToGET THE LOOK

STEP 1: Start with wet hair. Use a T3 Evolution LongLife Dryer and T3 Anti-Gravity 2.5-inch Barrel Brush to create texture, movement and lift at the roots while drying.

STEP 2: Once dry, start at the nape of the neck and begin to curl hair with the T3 1.25-inch SinglePass Twirl Curling Iron, then finger-roll each section into a pin curl. Once finished in the back, begin working on each side.
Pro Tip: Start from the nape of the neck and work up to the top in order to avoid tangles.

STEP 3: Once pin curls have set and cooled, flip hair over and begin to brush out the curls with a T3 Paddle Brush. When finished, flip the hair back upright and brush hair from the part down to the roots.

STEP 4: After brushing out waves, spray hair with a light-hold hairpsray to keep it light and moveable.

STEP 5: On the side with the deep part, take a small section from the front and roll the hair around the finger, working toward the back and finishing behind the ear and securing with bobby pins. This will create your Joan Crawford-esque victory roll on one side of the head.

STEP 6: When finished, spray the entire style with a light-hold hair spray.
Pro Tip: For a looser wave, use a T3 SinglePass Whirl Wand in place of the T3 1.25-inch Curling Iron.
