Sungei vo, independent stylist at Sean Lauren2Salon in Colleyville, TX, is a self taught colorist specializing in balayage. Here, vo shows us how she transformed this faded copper gold ombre into a level 10 creamy blonde using Olaplex. We recently contacted her on Instagram, and she got back to us with her color formula!

"As soon as I started honing in on my color skills, I started posting on social media and suddenly my phone didn't stop ringing/buzzing," says vo. "I love using Instagram to showcase my work as an artist!"

START: Client had a natural level 7

STEP 1: Since I was going to use Olaplex, I mixed 1/4 Olaplex with Goldwell Silk lift and 20 volume.

Create two sections by dividing with a center part down the center of the head and down to the nape. Begin foiling on one side of the head using very thin slices horizontally up towards the center, with 1/4 inch sections in between. For the fringe area, I placed about 3 foils parallel to the hairline. Repeat on the other side.

STEP 2: With foil in place, mix 1/4 Olaplex with Goldwell Silk lift and 30 volume, and free hand on any pieces that still had gold tones. Process everything at room temperature 30 minutes.

STEP 3: Rinse everything and tone with Redken Shades 1/4 9v+1/4 9n+ 1/2 clear and processing solution. Rinse again and process with Olaplex #2 solution for 5 minutes. Rinse and shampoo with 1/2 Joico Color Endure Violet shampoo(to add extra translucent cool tones) and 1/2 Joico K-Pak Shampoo. Condtion with It's a Ten Mask. Her hair felt even stronger than it was prior to color service.
